Basic- Shei, a normal guy who works for WBCC News, is sent to do an interview with his crew, about a person who calls himself Emperor. As the story progresses, the team meets some interesting people, and engage in a defensive against Emperor, and a mysterious organization who call themselves the "Armed Alliance".
